Jessica Koot

Jessica Koot is the practice leader of the Illawarra office of Watts McCray, and a highly respected family law practitioner. She has worked in the legal industry since 2003 and has practised predominantly in family law since her admission as a solicitor in February 2015. Jessica advises clients across all areas of family law, including complex parenting matters, property settlements following relationship breakdowns, and divorce. She has extensive experience representing clients in mediation and litigating matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Jessica is a qualified Independent Children's Lawyer, Legal Aid panel lawyer and chairwoman of the Illawarra Women's Health Centre, supporting women and victim-survivors of domestic, family and sexual violence.
